I love this very dearly. WWF put 1,000 ice men on the steps of Gendarmenmarkt in Berlin last Wednesday. They melted. I think the message is pretty clear.

It’s rather nice, that. I’m legally bound to mention WWF’s Pandamonium too, which we’re quite proud of.
It is nice but was a robbed idea. The artist did it a year or so ago so
to me it loses its charm some what and will go down as one of those stolen ideas.

We did something similar back in the 90′s when I was at the Body Shop, it was about endangered species then, rhinos, tigers etc. If I’m honest, it didn’t look as beautiful as the above

But I wonder if the agency would be eligible for a ‘creative’ award? Especially if the artist had the idea and made this a year ago, but the agency just found the client…? Interesting question.
