Vimeo Ads

Vimeo have just redesigned their site (they’re a video sharing site a bit like YouTube). They’ve always had a nicely designed site and I think I quite like the new version too.

One thing I really liked was their approach to ads – they’re trying to make money using Amazon referrer links, but instead of doing the normal thing they’ve created a bunch of pretty ‘Vimeo Recommends’ banners. I’m guessing that these will work quite well…
