Funnily enough as I was wandering round the web today, I came across loads of early-days (for me at least) Olympus Trip stuff, starting here, (http://www.olympus-trip.co.uk/) and also discovering more about four thirds etc, This got me reminiscing about the brilliant David Bailey ads from Colletts for Olympus years ago, (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i_Yo3FRPeQw, + this entusiasts well shot film: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QTIN9QDZIQk ) and then in a flight of fancy, wondering how I could possibly justify a Leica M9 to @carolcoulter, when she'd probably suggest an Olympus from ebay.
