There was one of these exact posters on billboard just off the Harrow Road in Kensal Green for over two months too and weirdly right near a small spray-painted Banksy dog which has since been painted over yellow. Thought there might be some connection as it feels like something Banksy might do.

I’m pretty sure it’s about CCTV and the lack of freedom in this society… where we can do whatever we like… erm yup. That’s it.

It’s either ID cards or CCTV (i think). Are they trying to be obscure on purpose (or not ..).
