It felt like about 2 degrees earlier today. And the wind was blowing pretty hard (you can see by looking at the sea). We were wearing hats and scarves and wrapped up warm. But this dude was jogging topless along the beach in his little yellow shorts.

He’s a tough cookie! I admit I went jogging in shorts and a tshirt a few days ago. It didn’t feel that cold but it was fun waving at people in their cars, albeit not being able to feel my hands when I got home. Cold!
